Over six sessions, Wendy Alsup will lead us through God's Word as we consider the theme of Spiritual Rest and what it means to live in the rest that Christ provides.

Wendy will pre-record each session and provide discussion questions to help us reflect on and apply what we have learned. The study will take place from 8.00–9.30 pm each evening.

The Zoom link will be emailed to all registered participants on Monday 11 January. If you are unable to join us on the scheduled dates, recordings of the sessions will be available on request so that you can work through the study at a time that suits you.

Many of you will already be familiar with Wendy's ministry as she lead our Online Study on Ephesians last year. She has also spoken at our Prayer, Praise and Promises event in October 2022 and at our Spring Conference in March 2024. Wendy is  the author of several books, including Practical Theology for Women, Is the Bible Good for Women?, Companions in Suffering, and I Forgive You.

You are welcome to join the study individually and connect with women from across Ireland. Alternatively, you may wish to invite a few friends to your home, or gather with a group from your church to enjoy fellowship and Bible teaching together. Whatever format you choose, please encourage everyone taking part to register.
